The illustration illustrates the experience of walking on the sidewalks of the kibbutz, a nonchalant and calm walk that was disturbed by the Black Sabbath of October 7th. As a devout optimist, I want to believe that just as the sun and moon move steadily on their axis, so too will the members of the kibbutz return to walk quietly to their homes at day and at night.
