About
Illustrator, Senior Lecturer, Head of Illustration, and Head of the Career Development Hub in the Department of Visual Communication at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, Jerusalem.
Trainin has illustrated numerous books, and his work has been published in Israel and around the world and exhibited at museums including the Israel Museum, the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, the Museum of Islamic Art, and others.
His book, “There’s a Crocodile on This Train!”, is currently being published throughout the United States. The book was awarded the Silver Medal in the Ben-Yitzhak Award for Children’s Book Illustration, presented by the Israel Museum in 2023.
